Request for Email newsletter UNSUBSCRIBE option	Can't Post

I've somehow gotten onto your email newsletter mailing list over a year ago and am STILL getting these emails from betterbeads@betterbeads.com.

UNFORTUNATELY that email address doesn't work when email is sent to it (request to be removed).

I ALSO can't seem to request change any settings HERE to stop getting this newsletter (nothing is selected in subscription options).

I've sent you physical mail requesting my email removal.

I've sent you a forum message requesting my email removal.

All hasn't been done as yesterday I received YET another email from you.

WHY can someone request this newsletter but cannot ask to be removed?

Frustrated in Vancouver, BC Canada.

I have sent you several times.

You just edit the option in your profile, under "Edit Profile"

All I can do is delete you. I don't have access to your individual settings.

See if it was that simple I wouldn't feel the need to keep asking you to fix this. And I am asking you AGAIN please to fix this because your suggestion(s) are NOT the resolution... Here's WHY:

When I goto my "edit profile" and then look at "subscriptions", NOTHING IS SELECTED.

Because NOTHING IS SELECTED, I cannot UN-SELECT anything to STOP getting newsletters from you.

AND YET while NOT subscribed, I continue to get newsletters.

PROVIDE AN EMAIL THAT I can reach you at and I'll send you what you're sending to me (if you don't believe me).

Which is WHY I keep ASKING to be removed as SOMETHING SOMEWHERE IS STILL SENDING ME SPAM.

Can you SEE WHY I AM FRUSTRATED?

Please advise.
