This is a two pronged question.
As a customer, what works for you to get you into a store, or to be loyal to a certain beadshop (or other shop). What is most important to you when you are shopping, or seeking out beads and new stuff.
And,
As a beadshop, bead seller, jewelry maker/seller, etc, what has worked for you to bring customers to you, and to keep them?
We all hear the simple answers (some are not really so simple) such as "Quality", but let's get specific.
