New Vendor, New Beads!!! Great stuff!! Can't Post

A new vendor called and stopped by out of the blue. Spent about 4 or 5 hours here. Yes... and there were virtually no customers (traffic, tunnels, whatever).

All I can say is.... You all missed out! We got no warning, but I did send out an announcement to the list. It would have been more than worth your time to show up. Seriously!

Many of the gemstone strands he had were very different from any other vendors. Loads of really nice amethyst, and basic materials.... but the *real* awesome stuff was the higher end materials like rhodochrosite diagonally drilled dice... (that's going to be a necklace ASAP), and some awesome blue tiger eye cubes, and tourmalines, sunstone and moonstone to die for!!! Oh my! Yes.... This stuff seemed hand-picked not blindly ordered ... and I picked out from that. Overall, this was the best quality of any vendor from box to box. It was a very different experience from the "everything" vendors that often come by.

I didn't even buy from his "expensive" case... that will be the next visit. There is are faceted materials from amethyst to tourmaline and so much more! I have to plan to do that, as most of the strands are $80-100 retail, and that takes a chunk of change out of the shop. But, they are worth it. When you look at the quality, you realize that you may have been paying less, but you were getting far less! I only wish i had more cash on hand. The quality made the price almost irrelevant.

It took time to work through the boxes, but we pulled out some real gems. (I guess I should say there was a customer or two, but that's all).

I should have the items priced and mostly out by Thursday.

Many of the items are going to go immediately... I know.

They will be back in 2-3 months, he says; that's a long time to wait.
