It's official. We've decided we will not be opening another retail location, and that we will be selling off as much of the inventory as we can.
Whether we do wholesale after that, is dependent on what happens during the sell off -- how much interest there is in getting things like precious metal rounds, wire, Swarovski, etc. at wholesale prices, and what interest there is in higher end beads. As noted, we can still offer great discounts through FireMountainGems, without you having to order 50 or 200 items.
1) During August we will be rearranging the shop to handle the close out.
2) During Sept, Oct and Nov we will be selling off everything at FAIR prices, WHOLESALE.
3) There will probably be a minimum purchase of $100, so shop with a friend.
4) Hours will probably Friday/Saturday/Sunday 2x a month - and by appointment.
5) We will be able to reorder/order things such as Swarovski, precious metal rounds/wire, clasps, toggles, crimps, etc.
6) Our remaining Bali Sterling will be sold in pre-packaged quantities by weight and/or count.
7) There will be NO LOOSE BEADS! Our loose beads will be packaged in variable quantities, and marked at the quantity price. We simply can't do individual items in this sort of situation.
8) The centerpiece/large beads ($3 and up) will still either be loose, or packaged individually and/or in sets.
9) We will have a lot of "sets" of matching, coordinated, and mixed beads, as well as our remaining "kits" at grab-up prices.
If you are planning to make jewelry for the holidays, and need quantities of basic items, unique beads, or simply the best prices in town, talk to me. I will be working on the website and checking private messages here on a regular basis.
What do I mean wholesale pricing? And/or the best prices in town? We offer discounted/wholesale pricing to everyone, but TRUE Wholesale pricing to regular wholesale customers, or with qualifying minimum purchases. Regular wholesale customers have no per-purchase minimums, and we try to keep their regular items in stock at all times.
These are NOT mail order prices, but in-store, local, right-here, right-now prices! And, we support our wholesale customers fully, offering "emergency" help with sudden orders by keeping items in stock, offering overnight ordering where available, and appointments to pick up items you've run out of. We will keep doing that, if we continue the wholesale business. *THAT* is what a local wholesale supplier can do, and does, to keep your business. [We also offer second or third level pricing from Fire Mountain Gems catalog to everyone, on items we normally stock, and on items we order in our regular orders. Rush orders are a little extra, most times.]

(remember, precious metals fluctuate with the market on a daily/weekly basis)
These are our "Every day" prices, no minimum quantity (prices do change a bit based on currencies)
slightly better pricing for full-pack quantities (eg: 1440/4mm, 360/6mm):

clear crystal: 0.05 each
clear AB crystal: 0.06 each
Most colors: 0.07 each
Most color AB: 0.08 each

most colors: 0.15 each.
We do not stock a lot of colors, but can get in whatever you need. We stock most of the clear & clear AB crystals in bicone and round, and a fair amount of the birthstone colors. We've seen 6mm AB/Clear going for $0.30 locally! That's $108 for a full pack (360 beads)! We offer them for $41, and often have them in stock! That's 11.5 cents each, saving even more over the individual price.
ACCUFLEX -- Our preferred brand of beading wire, by FAR! We've NEVER had a problem, a bad roll, defective coating, or coating that gets cut with normal crimping or wear.
0.024 clear, 49 strand, 30 foot -- now down to $5.50 EVERY DAY. We've heard it selling for as much as $18 locally!

We stock other sizes, and a few colors, (even the Sterling and Gold) but can get anything from FMG's catalog in a few days. We don't hide it. Fire Mountain Gems *IS* out there. You all have their catalogs. Why try to "pretend" you/we don't order from them? They have impeccable service, an iron clad guarantee, and great pricing on reasonable quantities. We *LIKE* their Accu-Flex, and so do most of the people who have tried it. Save a bunch on a great product.
CRIMPS:
We stock a variety of sizes, from 2mm to 6mm, 2 and 3mm lengths, and several "weights". We stock sterling silver, gold filled, and some copper. For sterling, he weight you get in the craft stores is the light weight, and we DO NOT recommend it. We suggest the medium to heavy weight for most crimping. Current prices are about $7-8 per 100. Yes, it's more than the $2.99 in the craft store, but you are getting 2-3x more silver, and a better "crimp." Remember, that tiny piece of metal is all that is holding your jewelry -- and reputation -- together.
