Catastrophic Failure on Server

We had a failure of a harddrive today. It seems to have been caught in the process of failing, rather than after it totally failed.
But, any time you have to restore the system from a set of backups, to a new machine or harddrive, it's "catastrophic" in my mind.
Damage seems to be limited, but if there are some missing files or posts from the past 24 hours or so, that would be the reason.
*PLEASE* report any bugs, or missing files.
